Abstract
For even-even nuclei a theory of rotation-vibration-interaction is established. The basic point is the axial-symmetric intrinsic-core of the Bohr-Mottelson-theory. It is our aim — just as inDavydov-Fillipov's theory of the asymmetric rotator — to calculate theE 2-transition-probabilities from the 1.γ-band to the ground-band and the comparision of the results with experiments. The agreement between theory and experiment is good.
