Summary

Chrysophyceae from Lake Stråken, Aneboda, Sweden, have been examined by electron microscopy. 10 species ofChrysophyceae were found, and electron micrographs of their silica scales are given. 6 of these taxa have not previously been recorded from Sweden, viz.Chrysosphaerella multispina Bradley,Mallomonas crassisquama (Asmund)Fott,Mallomonas papillosa Harris &Bradley,Synura echinulata Korshikov, andSynura spinosa Korshikov f.spinosa Petersen &Hansen.
