Zur elektrostatischen Aufladung von CdS-Einkristallen nach Stromdurchgang

Abstract

The electrostatic charging od CdS-monocrystals by use of an electric current is described. A statistical analysis of a great number of measurements is given. A general formula for charging is given. The influence of crystal inhomogenieties, boundary layers and field excitation are described.
