Über die Karpelle verschiedener Magnoliales. I

Zusammenfassung

Die Karpelle vonIllicium — es sind jene vonI. anisatum, floridanum undsimonsii untersucht worden — sind eindeutig peltat gebaut. Die einzige Samenanlage entspringt der rudimentären, mit der Blütenachse verwachsenen ventralen Schlauchwand, was aus ihrer Bündelversorgung sehr klar hervorgeht. Die Anordnung der Bündel in denIllicium-Karpellen ist übrigens als beispielhaft für peltate Karpelle zu bezeichnen.
