Über die Karpelle verschiedener Magnoliales. V.Pleodendron (Canellaceae)

Zusammenfassung

Das synkarpe und einräumige Gynözeum der Canellaceen ist basal rudimentär gefächert. Die Vermutung, daß diese Fächerung durch die kongenitale Verwachsung der sehr gehemmten Schlauchbasen der somit peltaten Karpelle entstanden ist, wird durch das gelegentliche Auftreten von Ventralmediani in der Gynözeumbasis vonPleodendron macranthum bestätigt.
