Abstract
The possibility of direct one-electron electrochemical introduction of nitrogen monoxide as a nitroso group into a number of organic compounds was demonstrated. Depending on the conditions, this process may occur both by electrochemical activation of the substrate and by activation of NO, which opens up new approaches to the production of organic nitroso derivatives.
