Phospholipids of the fruit kernels ofCrataegus turkestanica

Abstract

The lipids of the kernels of the fruit ofC. turkestanica contain five classes of phospholipids, the main ones being phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol, and phosphatidylethanolamine. Their fatty acid compositions and, in the main phospholipids, the position distributions of the acyls have been studied.
