Ein Biprisma-Interferometer für 100 keV Elektronen und seine Anwendung

Abstract

A biprism-interferometer for 100 keV electrons working with magnetic quadrupole lenses is described. With this instrument the mean inner potentials φ of Cu and Au were measured. Values of φ=(20,2± 0,7) V for Cu and φ=(16,8± 1,0) V for Au were found.
