Abstract

We have studied the effect of the composition of semiconductor material based on Sn1−xSbxO2 solutions on the sensitivity of semiconductor gas sensors (the ratio of the conductivity of the sensitive element in the presence of gas to its conductivity in air). We have shown that the sensitivity of the sensors increases when the Sb concentration in the semiconductor decreases. We have established that sensors containing solid solutions with 0.001 ≤ × ≤ 0.01 have optimal sensitivity.
