Zusammenfassung

Bis zum Jahr 2000 sollte sich in allen Mitgliedstaaten eine Umwelt- und Gesundheitspolitik in der Umsetzungsphase befinden, die eine ökologisch tragfähige Entwicklung und die wirksame Verhütung und Bekämpfung von umweltbedingten Gesundheitsrisiken gewährleistet und allen Menschen die Chance bietet, an einer gesunden Umwelt teilzuhaben.
