Zusammenfassung

Bis zum Jahr 2000 sollten sich in allen Mitgliedstaaten sektorübergreifende Konzepte zur Förderung einer gesunden Lebensweise in der Umsetzungsphase gefinden, und die Systeme sollten eine aktive Beteiligung der Öffentlichkeit am Entscheidungsprozess und an der Umsetzung sicherstellen.
