Nonequilibrium statistical theory of a cascade of displacements in a solid. Dynamic stage

Abstract

On the basis of analytical solution of the kinetic equation, a single-particle distribution describing the time development of the low-energy cascade at the dynamic stage of the process is obtained. A generalized cascade function is obtained, and its dependence on the basic parameters of the theory is analyzed.
