Freeze-etching observations on infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus in the nucleus of bovine kidney cells

Summary

A study of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR) virus in the nucleus of infected bovine kidney cells using the freeze-etching technique revealed filaments and granular viral matrix, core-like particles and various developmental forms of the virus.
