Summary
The pool of nuclear poly (A)-containing RNA in influenza virus-infected cells as measured with steady-state3H-uridine labelling is represented predominantly by cell-specific RNA: virus-specific sequences constitute less than 17 per cent at 3 and 5 hours post infection.
