Early events of C-type virus budding in cells infected with a Rauscher leukemia virus temperature-sensitive mutant

Summary

Surface replicas ofts25-infected cells reveal the organization of virus-specific knobs prior to and during the early stages of budding, and antibody-mediated ferritin labeling suggests a transmembrane association of viral envelope and core components.
