Increased concanavalin A capping in cells from brains of scrapie-infected hamsters

Summary

Cultures were explanted from brains of normal hamsters and hamsters with scrapie. A significantly higher percentage of cells derived from infected hamster brains showed capping with rhodamine-labeled Concanavalin A.
