Abstract
We analyze the influence of dissipation on dynamics of a quantum spin system. Properties of spectrum of the quantum propagator are discussed and it is shown how they imply strong damping of quantum mean values. Relations between an asymptotic density matrix and an invariant measure on attractor are discussed.
