Summary
2-Pyridyl-2-thienyl-Z-ketoxime has been used to determine trace amounts of palladium in a standard nickel-copper matte without a fire assay preconcentration. An average palladium value of 8.20 ppm was obtained compared to the recommended value of 8.1 ppm.
