Oscillations of first-order neutral equations with variable coefficients

Abstract

We obtain sufficient conditions for the oscillation of all solutions of the first-order neutral delay differential equation

$$\frac{d}{{dt}}\left[ {y(t) + P(t)y(t - \tau )} \right] + Q(t)y(t - \sigma ) = 0$$
