Journal of Crystal and Molecular Structure Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Abstract

DL-allothreonine hydrobromide belongs to space groupP21/c with unit-cell dimensionsa = 8.91,b = 7.78,c = 18.91 Å and β = 92.0 °. The structure was solved by the heavy-atom method and refined to anR-index of 10.7%. There are two molecules in the asymmetric part of the structure having different conformations.
