Conclusions

The installation of compensators is desirable. A separate compensator is recommended for each press and should be put at the press itself. The disconnection of the compensators at certain plants is considered unjustified.

To eliminate hydraulic impact in the pipes of the braking system, the brake should be redesigned.

The timing system does not ensure the correct sequence of operations. In order to make certain that the mixture fills the molds uniformly, the plunger of the proportioner must be made to descend only after the gate valve has shut.
