Summary

The determination of 2-methyl-2,3-dihydroxy-butyric- and tartaric acid by oxidation with periodate and the following enzymatic determination of pyruvate resp. glyoxylate are described.

Gleichzeitige Bestimmung von 2-Methyl-2,3-Dihydroxybuttersäure und Weinsäure durch Oxydation mit Perjodat und nachfolgende enzymatische Bestimmung von Pyruvat bzw. Glyoxylat.
