Conclusions
The specific features of the monoclinic-tetragonal transformation occurring in the ternary solid solutions of the ZrO2-HfO2-MgO(CaO) systems were presented.
The compounds CaZr4O9 and CaHf4O9 and the solid solutions based on them were studied.
A new (modified) form of an element of the phase diagram of the ZrO2-HfO2-CaO system was obtained on the basis of the results of our studies on the solid solutions present in the CaZr4O9-CaHf4O9 and CaZrO3-CaHfO3 systems.
