Abstract
We elaborate and update the Thomas analysis of the restrictions on thet-dependence of theNNπ andNΔπ vertex form factors originating from deep inelastic lepton-nucleon scattering. In particular in the case of the monopole parametrization we find the derived upper bound on the monopole massΛ isΛ<0.5 GeV.
