Conclusions

Pressure centrifuges of diameter 25–50 mm can be used to clean process waste water contaminated with fine fireclay, magnesite, chrome-magnesite, or fireclay-clay mixtures; the centrifuges may be combined into blocks.

Pressure centrifuges may be used to clean the process water used in wet air-cleaning systems to free the air from fireclay, magnesite, and clay dusts.
