Conclusions
Statistical relationships were obtained between the parameters of the quality of magnesite powder upon discharge from a rotary kiln, which allow the automatic control of the quality of the finished product.
The Magnezit Factory is testing equipment for automatic determination of the bulk density of a liter of powder.
The implementation of this equipment has demonstrated the validity of this scheme; industrial implementation can be recommended only after working checks have been made on the equipment in order to explain the reliability of its various units in operation and the scheme as a whole.
With the automatic control of the quality of the finished product the information can be used in the despatch system.
