Conclusions
The following refractory materials are recommended for the purpose of thermal insulation of the basic structural elements of reheating furnaces and increasing lining life:
-
for the working lining of the beams (hearth tubes) concrete shaped parts to TU 14-8-434-83 or type SMKRBT concrete mixture to TU 14-8-381-89;
-
for the monolithic lining of the walking hearth types SShBT, SMKRBT, and SMKBT concrete mixtures to TU 14-8-381-89;
-
for the monolithic lining of roofs and walls types MShBP and MMKBP plastic compounds to TU 14-8-534-87 or type SShBT concrete mixture to TU 14-8-381-89 in combination with types SShBGTs-1.5 to TU 14-8-567-88 and SShBGTs-0.9 thermal insulation concretes;
-
for lining the roof burners type SMKBT concrete mixture to TU 14-8-381-89.
