Summary
Angina pectoris and exercise ECG detect coronary patients with an operation rate of 39%. The risk and late postoperative result of aortocoronary venous by-pass, mammaria implant and aneurysmectomy depend not only upon surgical technique but also upon coronary angiogram, which has made it possible to visualize the coronary circulation in living man.
