Influence of the binder on the strength of a periclase green part

Conclusions

The investigations showed that to provide a high quality of periclase parts from difficult-to-sinter powders (Koreisk type) it is desirable to use Solikamsk Combine lignosulfonates, which provide higher strength of the green part and increased properties of the fired parts, as the plasticizing and cementing addition.
