Über die BlaualgeGardnerula corymbosa (Harvey) J. De Toni und ihr Vorkommen im Mittelmeer

Zusammenfassung

Die BlaualgeGardnerula corymbosa Harvey J.De Toni, verbreitet in den warmen Meeren aller Erdteile, wird aus dem Mittelmeer berichtet, Zellform und Zellgröße variieren stark. Die Thallusäste sind von einer primären Scheide umgeben. Innerhalb dieser sind drei Zonen zu unterscheiden: eine homogene äußere Gallerte, eine aus ineinander-gesteckten Teilstücken zusammengesetzte mittlere Zone und eine homogene zentrale Partie, in der die einzelnen Filamente liegen. Jedes Filament besitzt eine aus ineinandergesteckten Teilstücken zusammengesetzte sekundäre Scheide.
