5. Können juristische Gesichtspunkte chirurgische Indikationen beeinflussen?

Surgical indication is determined exclusively by medical points of view. It is the task of the law to make sure that the surgeon makes his decision with the necessary diligence. The surgeon is only liable for diagnostic and therapeutic errors leading to failures in treatment if those are due to malpractice.
