Zusammenfassung
Chlor und Quecksilber in organischen Substanzen können gleichzeitig durch. Verbrennung der Substanz im raschen Sauerstoffstrom und Absorption des Chlors und des Quecksilbers auf Silberdrahtnetz bei 540° bzw. Silberschwamm bei zirka 60° gravimetrisch bestimmt werden. Die Dauer der Analyse beträgt 45 Minuten. Die Fehlergrenze der Bestimmung für Chlor sowie für Quecksilber beträgt ± 0,3% bei allen in Tabelle 1 angegebenen Verbindungen.
Summary
The chlorine and mercury contents of organic substances can be determined simultaneously by combustion of the substance in a rapid stream of oxygen and absorption of the chlorine and of the mercury on silver screening at 540° and silver sponge at around 60°, respectivly. The analysis requires 45 minutes. The margin of error of the determination for chlorine and also for mercury is ± 0.3% for all the compounds included in Table 1.
