Zusammenfassung

Eine polarographische Methode zur direkten Bestimmung von Dinitroo-Kresol (DNOC) in Blut oder Blutgerinnseln ohne vorherige Extraktion wurde beschrieben. Sie eignet sich für 50 bis 250μg DNOC/ml Blut. Beide Stufen des Polarogramms geben bei ihrer Auswertung richtige Resultate, wie sich statistisch ermitteln ließ.

Summary

A polarographic method is described for the direct determination of dinitro-o-cresol (DNOC) in blood or blood coagula without previous extraction. The procedure is suitable for 50–250μg DNOC/ml blood. Both stages of the polarogram on evaluation give correct results as could be learned statistically.
