Zusammenfassung

Eine Arbeitsmethode wird beschrieben, um die Summe des Ca- und Mg-Gehaltes eines einzelnen menschliehen Haares zu bestimmen. Für eine Analyse sind etwa 2 cm Haar erforderlich. Die Standardabweichung der Einzelmessung beträgt etwa±10%. Da der Ca- und Mg-Gehalt von Haaren alters- und geschlechtsspezifischen Veränderungen unterliegt, wird auf die Möglichkeit der kriminaltechnischen Auswertung der Ergebnisse hingewiesen.

Summary

A procedure is described for determining the sum of the Ca- and Mgcontent of a single human hair. About 2 cm of hair is needed for an analysis. The standard deviation of the single measurement is around ±10%. Since the Ca- and the Mg-content of hairs undergo age- and sex-specific changes, the possibility of utilizing the findings in a technical criminal procedure are pointed out.
