Zusammenfassung

Eine enzymatische Bestimmungsmethode von Formiationen für einen Konzentrationsbereich von 0,5 bis 10μMol wurde angegeben. Das hierfür notwendige Enzym, eine Formiatdehydrogenase, wurde aus Erbsen gewonnen.

Summary

An enzymatic method is described for the determination of formate ions in a concentration range from 0.5 to 10μmol. The requisite enzyme, a formate dehydrogenase, is obtained from peas.
