Zusammenfassung

Über die quantitative photometrische Auswertung von Ringchromatogrammen im Durchlicht mit Hilfe eines Mikroskop-Photometers wurde berichtet. Als Trägermaterial am Ringofen wurde Zelluloseacetatfolie verwendet. Am Beispiel des Eisens, Nickels und Kupfers zeigte sich sowohl bei Einzelbestimmungen als auch nach dem Trennungsgang für alle drei Kationen eine mittlere Abweichung von ±5–10% des vorgegebenen Wertes.

Summary

A report is given of the quantitative employment of ring chromatograms in transmitted light with the aid of a microscope-photometer. Cellulose, acetate films are employed as carrier material in the ring oven. Using iron, nickel, and copper as examples, it was found that there is an average deviation of ±5–10% of the presumed value both in the individual trials and also after the separation procedures for all three cations.
