Summary

For the first time appearance of a localized benign pericardial mesothelioma and peritoneal mesothelioma in one and the same patient is described. The experiences made in the course of the treatment, the diagnostic difficulties, symptomatology, histology and prognosis are discussed.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird erstmals über das Auftreten eines lokalisierten gutartigen Perikard- und Peritonealmesothelioms bei ein und demselben Patienten berichtet. Die bei der Behandlung gemachten Erfahrungen, sowie die diagnostischen Schwierigkeiten, Symptomatik, Histologie und Prognose werden dargelegt.
