Zusammenfassung
Die Struktur der verschiedenen Zellbestandteile, wie Mitochondrien, Sphärosomen, Fetttröpfchen und Proplastiden, wurde an Hand von EM-Aufnahmen kurz beschrieben. Die Proplastiden entwickeln sich in den embryonalen Zellen vonAspidistra elatior aus osmophilen Granula, die in Form und Größe den primären Granen entsprechen. Um diese Körper bildet sich das Stroma, das zahlreiche Assimilationsprodukte aufbaut (amyloplastische Proplastiden). Die Bildung der Stromalamellen erfolgt vom primären Granum aus, welches mit zunehmender Zahl der Lamellen verschwindet. Auf diese Entwicklungsphase folgt die Teilungsphase, aus der zwei funktionstüchtige Jungchloroplasten hervorgehen. Zum Schlusse wurden diese Ergebnisse mit den neueren lichtmikroskopischen Arbeiten verglichen.
