Haemadsorption-negative assay of rubella virus in baby hamster kidney cells

Summary

A method is described for the assay of rubella virus infectivity in BHK-21 cells, by counting haemadsorption-negative plaques, and using Sendai virus as challenge agent instead of NDV.
