Zusammenfassung
Die Michaelis-Konstante der ureatischen Harnstoffspaltung ergibt sich für das Gewebe vonNymphaea alba L. in vivo zuK m =3,5. 10−3 mol/l, was mit den für Urease in vitro ermittelten Konstanten anderer Autoren der Größenordnung nach übereinstimmt. Die Bedeutung fermentkinetischer Untersuchungen in vivo für die Lokalisation kleinmolekularer Substrate in der Zelle wird diskutiert.
