Constructing the gain matrix of a linear observer with given characteristics

Abstract

We consider control systems with incomplete information about the phase state vector that are representable by linear difference equations. We solve the problem of algorithmic synthesis of a linear observer ensuring the required spectral properties for the state estimation error system.
