Zusammenfassung

In Bezug auf den osmotischen Wert und die Harnstoffpermeabilität zeigten isoliert wachsende Tabakwurzeln das gleiche zellphysiologische Verhalten wie normal im Verband mit dem Sproß wachsende Wurzeln. Durch das Wachstum in Organkultur werden demnach diese osmotischen Zustandsgrößen der Wurzelzellen nicht verändert.
