Zusammenfassung
Eine Methode zur Züchtung von Kälberhodenzellen wird beschrieben und mit Hilfe der erzielten Ergebnisse von vergleichenden Virusgehaltsbestimmungen, von Plaque-Reduktions- und Plaque-Tests aufgezeigt, daß dieses Zellkultursystem für bestimmte virologische Arbeiten sehr geeignet ist.
