Gelchromatography of virus-induced interferon derived from exudate granulocytes

Zusammenfassung

Das Verhalten von durch Newcastle disease Virus induziertem Interferon aus Exsudatgranulozyten wurde mittels Gelfiltration untersucht und mit dem von Seruminterferon verglichen. Es konnte gezeigt werden, daß keine Unterschiede zwischen beiden Interferonen hinsichtlich der Verteilung von hoch- und niedermolekularer Aktivität und dem Verhalten dieser Aktivitäten gegenüber Harnstoff bestehen.

Summary

The behaviour of NDV-induced Interferon derived from exudate granulocytes was studied by gelfiltration and compared with the behaviour of serum interferon. It could be shown that there were no differences between the two interferons with respect to the elution pattern of high and low molecular weight activity and the behaviour of these activities after treatment with urea.
