Poliovirus Typ 3 konnte in Leberzellexplantaten eines Kaltblüters (Lacerta viridis) während 11 Passagen bzw. 79 Tagen gezüchtet werden. Die nachgewiesenen Infektiositätstiter waren durchwegs niedrig, und cytopathische Veränderungen des Gewebes wurden nicht beobachtet.
Summary
Poliovirus 3 could be cultivated in liver cell explants of a cold blooded animal (Lacerta viridis) during 11 passages, i. e. during 79 days. The demonstrable infectivity titres were generally low and cytopathic changes of the cells have not been seen.
