Summary
The proposed system makes it possible to calculate the bilateral relationship expressed as logR and the dominance expressed as logD for an unknown strain in relation to reference sera, without the help of the serum homologous to the unknown strain.
The accuracy of the values so obtained is inferior to the accuracy on logR and logD determined with the homologous serum. However, the rapidity of such a test will allow a choice amongst strains for which it will be necessary to prepare a homologous serum.
