Zusammenfassung

Die Höhe der Körpertemperatur schwankt mit dem Tagesrhythmus, mit dem mensuellen Zyklus, wahrscheinlich auch mit den Jahreszeiten. Krankhafte Körpertemperaturschwankungen in rhythmischer und periodischer Weise sind bei Hirnaffektionen beschrieben worden, die das Zwischenhirn, besonders den Boden des 3. Ventrikels in Mitleidenschaft ziehen. Es wird eine Darstellung derselben gegeben und ihre Einordnung in die Lehre vom Wärmeregulationssystem versucht.

The acme of body temperature oscillates with the rhythm of the day, with the menstrual cycle, and probably also with the seasons of the year. Pathological oscillations in the body temperature in a rhythmical and periodical manner have been described in cerebral affections involving the diencephalon, particularly the basis of the third ventricle. The author gives a description of the same and tries to insert them into the theory of the temperature regulation systems.

L'altesse de la température du corps oseille avec le rythme du jour, avec le cycle mensuel et, probablement, aussi avec les saisons. On a décrit des oscillations de la température du corps se passant d'une manière rythmique et périodique chez des affections cérébrales attaquant le diencéphale, en particulier, la base du troisième ventricule. L'auteur en donne une déscription et essaye de les ranger à la théorie des systèmes de régulation thermique.
