Hautwiderstandsmessungen und ihre vegetative Bedeutung

Zusammenfassung

• 1. Bei 14 unausgesuchten Fällen wurde die vegetative Reaktionslage mittels Reaktometer und mittels R-C-Widerstandsmeßbrücke an den Händen (peripher) und am Nacken (zentral) vor und nach intravenöser Applikation von Medikamenten bestimmt, deren vegetative Wirksamkeit schon bekannt ist. Es handelt sich um Vandid, Cardiazol, Calcium + Redoxon, Trijodthyronin (S+), Mestinon, Kostrophan, Beneuran, Insulin, Digitalis, Eucodal (V+), Sympathektoman-N (S−), Atropin und Buscopan (V−).

• 2. Es zeigte sich, daß der Wirkwiderstand (R) dem Vagustonus, der Blindwiderstand (C) dem Sympathicustonus entspricht; beide Werte folgen den Medikamentenstimulierungen bzw.-hemmungen des VNS in voraussagbarer Weise, sofern es die vegetative Konstitution des Probanden zuläßt und keine Gegenregulationen erfolgen, die ergeben würden, daß das Mittel für die betreffende Reaktionslage ungeeignet ist. Damit ist eine neue Möglichkeit gefunden worden, um die vegetative Funktionslage des Kranken zu bestimmen, die äußerst wichtig ist, da von ihr aus die Steuerung aller Lebensvorgänge im Körper erfolgt.

• 1. The vegetative reactive nervous situation of 14 nonselected patients was examined by the reactometer ofHauswirth andKracmar and a R-C-resistance-measure-bridge, at the hands (peripherically) and at the neck (centrally), before and after the intravenous administration of medicaments, whose vegetative efficacity was known. In question was Vandid, Cardiazol, Calcium + Redoxon, Trijodthyronin (S +, sympathicomimetic), Mestinon, Kostrophan, Beneuran, Insulin, Digitalis, Eucodal (V +, parasympathicomimetic), Sympathektoman-N (S-, sympathicolytic Atropin and Buscopan (V-, parasympathicolytic).

• 2. It could be shown, that the resistance R is corresponding with the tonus of the vagus-nerve and the resistance C with the tonus of the sympathetic-nerve. Both values follow in a predictable manner the medicamentous stimulation respectively inhibition of the vegetative nervous system, as far as the vegetative constitution of the patient allows that and no counterregulation follows, what would proof that the remedy doesn't fit to the reactive situation in question. By that is found a new possibility to fix the vegetative functional situation of the sick, what is utterly important, because from that point all vital fonctions of the body are steered.

• 1. 14 malades non choisis d'avance ont été examinés avec un réactomètre deHauswirth etKracmar et un pont measurant la R-C-résistance aux mains (périphère) et à la nuque (centrale), avant et après une application intravéneuse des médicaments, dont l'efficacité végétative était déjà connue. Il s'agit de Vandid, Cardiazol, Calcium + Redoxon, Trijodthyronin (S+, sympathicomimétique), Mestinon, Kostrophan, Beneuran, Insulin, Digitalis, Eucodal (V+, parasympathicomimétique), Sympathektoman-N (S-, sympathicolytique), Atropin et Buscopan (V-, parasympathicolytique).

• 2. Evidemment la résistance R correspond avec la tension du nerf vague et la résistance C avec la tension sympathique. D'après ces deux valeurs il est possible de prédire, quels seront les stimulations et les arrêts du système nerveux végétatif, en tant que la constitution du patient y résiste sans réactions contraires, ce qui prouverait, que le remède en question ne serait pas propre à la condition réactionelle. Par là une possibilité nouvelle est trouvée pour déterminer l'état fonctionel du malade, chose extrêmement importante, parce que de ce point sont dirigées toutes les fonctions vitales du corps.
