Zusammenfassung

Die Farbreaktionen der Uran (VI)-Ionen mit Gallacetophenon und Gallobenzophenon wurden spektrophotometrisch untersucht. Bei pH ≈4,6 und λ=380 nm kann man zwischen 1,2 und 40μg U(VI)/ml mit Gallacetophenon und zwischen 0,8 und 20μg U(VI)/ml mit Gallobenzophenon bestimmen. Die molaren Extinktionskoeffizientenɛ 380M betragen ≈6000 1 · mol−1 · cm−1 und ≈9000 1 · mol−1 · cm−1. Relativ große Mengen Cadmium, Zink, Mangan, Kobalt und Nickel stören nicht.

Summary

The colour reactions of uranium (VI) with gallacetophenone and gallobenzophenone have been studied spectrophotometrically. At pH≈4.6 and λ=380 nm uranium(VI) could be determined with these reagents between 1.2 and 40μg/ml and 0.8 and 20μg/ml respectively. The molar absorptivitiesɛ 380M were ≈6000 1·mol−1·cm−1 and ≈9000 1·mol−1·cm−1 respectively. Relatively large amounts of cadmium, zinc, manganese, cobalt and nickel do not interfere.
