Die Sensibilität der Katzenzungen

Zusammenfassung

An Serienschnitten in verschiedenen Ebenen durch Katzenzungen wurden Epithel und subepitheliales Bindegewebe auf die Art ihrer Nervenausbreitungen untersucht.

Die inBodian II fixierten Präparate wurden nach derBodian-Ziesmer-Imprägnationsmethode versilbert. Messungen und graphische Rekonstruktionen liegen vor.

An der Zungenspitze findet sich ein epithelnahes und ein tieferes Flächennetz; beide sind durch Neurofibrillenbündel miteinander verbunden. Aus dem oberen Netz treten Fibrillen ins Epithel ein.

Der Abstand der Netze von der Oberfläche der Zunge entspricht den Stellen, woHensel Thermoimpulse ableiten konnte. Die physiologische Ansprechbarkeit der einzelnen Zungenabschnitte wird mit dem verschieden gearteten morphologischen Substrat verglichen. In der Papillae filiformis werden afferente autonome Fibrillen aufgezeigt.

Die Frage nach spezifischen Empfängern in der herkömmlichen Form wird weiterhin abgelehnt.

By serial sections cut through cats' tongues in different directions epithelium and subepithelial connective tissue were examined as to the kinds of their nervous extention.

Preparations fixed inBodian II were silvered according toBodian-Ziesmer-method. Measures and graphic reconstructions are available.

At the tip of the tongue a twodimensional net is found close to the epithelium, a second net is found deeper; both being connected by neurofibril bundles. Fibrils enter the epithelium from the upper net.

The distance of the nets from the tongue surface corresponds to the points, whereHensel derived thermoimpulses from. The physiologic reaction of the different tongue sections is to be compared to the different morphologic substrate. The papilla filiformis shows afferent autonomic fibrils.

I still do not consider the question as to the specific receptors in the usual classification as being existent.
